Online technical support provides comprehensive for our entire customer based on SLA.

Highly trained technical specialist support for trouble shooting and resolving problems online for products supplied to customers to reduce down times and improve business effectiveness.

Our service package contains a comprehensive diagnosis of the problem with an end to end solution, including:

  •   Identifying causes of crashes, unusual slowness, or Internet problems
  •   Training to maximize the use of our products
  •   Installing critical updates
  •   Ensuring proper operation of computer equipment.

 

Return Material Authorization (RMA)

 

Limited Hardware Warranty

SemIndia warrants that the Hardware shall be free from material defects in design, materials, and workmanship and will function, under normal use and circumstances, materially in accordance with the documentation provided with the Hardware for as long as the End-User has a valid Support and Maintenance agreement.

The End User’s sole and exclusive remedy, and SemIndia sole and exclusive liability for defective Hardware shall be upon confirmation of a defect or failure of Hardware to perform as warranted, to replace the nonconforming Hardware. All replacement Hardware furnished to the End-User under this Warranty shall be new or reconditioned to be functionally equivalent to new. Replacement Hardware is warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for the remainder of the warranty period of the original Hardware. All defective Hardware, which has been replaced, shall become the property of SemIndia.

 

Annually Maintaince Contract (AMC)

The annually Maintenance contract will be taken up by SemIndia after the expiry of the warranty support period. Mutual agreement between the Customer and SemIndia AMC agreement will be signed off with mutual understanding on terms and conditions, Service delivery model.
