Bob is the Chairman, CEO of SemIndia Group Companies. With over 25 years of operational and Venture Capital experience, Bob served in various Board and Management roles in several Silicon Valley start-ups. Prior to SemIndia, Bob served as a Partner at Charter Ventures, a prestigious Silicon Valley venture capital firm with over $400M under management. Bob has extensive Institutional and start-up experience where he served in executive roles in NEC, Ramp Networks (acquired by Nokia), Nuko and Heraeus.

Bob is also co-founder Managing Director of Sandalwood Partners and sits on the Board of Directors of Xalted Networks. Bob holds Engineering Degree from Clemson University.

Raj has been chief operating officer for SemIndia since mid 2008 having involved in SemIndia’s operations since inception. Prior to SemIndia Systems Raj was Managing Director for Xalted Information Systems Private Limited (co-founder) and has had over 22 years operations experience in India and US-based companies.

Raj holds a degree in Engineering - Electronics and communications and has recognized certificates in the Networking and Software development disciplines.

In his 27 year career Kishore has developed several innovative software platforms in the entertainment, education, health care and security segments. He currently leads SemIndia’s software application development as a core element of the company’s IP embedded within its products.

Prior to SemIndia, Kishore was chief software architect in US and India based companies such as NUKO, TeleVITAL (founder) and Pragati Computers. He also held senior positions at Sun Microsystems.

Kishore holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Communications Engineering from MCE, Hassan and a Postgraduate Diploma degree from CMTI, Bangalore. He holds patents in the telemedicine sector in India and in USA.

Pani heads hardware engineering and is Chief Architect for SemIndia’s product range. He holds BE(Hons) in Electronics and Communication engineering, having over 30 years of experience in Computing, Router, Security appliances, IADs, and Set Top Box industries. His experience covers Chips and systems architectures, design and development.

He has held various management and executive positions. Pani has co-founded several start-ups such as Server Works (Acquired by Broadcom), Flowwise Networks (Acquired by Network Equipment Technologies) and Ramp Networks (which went public in 1999 and acquired by Nokia in 2000). He worked in Nokia as Chief systems architect during 2000-2005. He co-founded Azingo which is operating in USA and India and holds 3 US patents.

Rao is responsible for manufacturing activities at SemIndia including interface with key EMS vendors. He comes with 35 years of experience ranging from Product design, engineering, Manufacturing, customer support and has extensive experience in a range of manufacturing products including PCS, printers and product for defence applications .He was responsible for the first ISO certification in Electronics industry in India.

Before Joining SemIndia, Rao was heading the manufacturing facilities of Wipro Infotech for 23 years, Competency Improvement and facilities groups for testing business unit of Wipro Technology for 5 years and Development of Computer systems for defence in Electronic Corporation India Limited.

Ashok is in charge of HR and several core support functions and has 19 years of experience in Infrastructure Planning, Design, Deployment, building data centre and DR center and Managed Services.

Prior joining SemIndia systems, Ashok worked with Glopore IM services as Director and Head of IMS Business. He worked with Wipro Infotech as part of he Managed Services and IT Facility Management function.

Ashok received his Engineering Diploma in Electronic & Telecommunication and bachelors degree from Annamalai University. Currently he is pursuing his MBA with IIMM, Pune.

Yeshwanth is Director Supply Chain Management of SemIndia Systems. During his 23-year career he has worked with high technology organizations including 3pl logistics, Reliance Infocomm Ltd, Tyco electronics, Wep Peripherals Ltd and VMC Ltd.

Yeshwanth has a domain expertise in the field of large electronics manufacturing services, high volume products, IT and telecom products, automotive and defence war fare systems.

At SemIndia Yeshwanth handles all vendor and supplier interface and optimizes along the value – chain. He has been responsible for the significant localization of vendor relationships and has opened relevant channels in countries such as China, Taiwan and Hong kong.
